The Guide to the Lausanne Action Plan and Results of 2023 Monitoring report was prepared by Mine Action Review for the Eleventh Meeting of States Parties to the 2008 Convention on Cluster Munitions (Geneva, 11–14 September 2023).
It contains:
- Commentary describing how the Lausanne Action Plan addresses survey and clearance
- Mine Action Review’s provisional 2023 assessment of implementation of Lausanne Action Plan Action items related to survey and clearance, through the monitoring of 20 action plan indicators.
